tporbit is a checklist, journal and analytics tool. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not execute trades.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of tporbit, available at tporbit.com (the "Service"), operated by its owner (the "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the Service does
tporbit lets you build a personal checklist of trading criteria, calculate risk figures, log and review your own trades, import and export your data, view a public economic calendar, and create share pictures and videos of your results. All figures come from what you enter. We do not connect to your broker, prop firm or trading accounts and we do not verify your results.
3. No financial advice
Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of any result. Insights, statistics, risk meters, position size calculations and news are provided for information and personal record-keeping only. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. 4. Your data
Your trades, notes, settings and screenshots are stored in your own browser on your device. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data, switching browser or device, or losing your device can permanently delete them, so please use the backup feature in Settings regularly. You are responsible for your backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer for harmful purposes, or overload the Service or its news feed.
- Do not use the share feature to publish content you do not have the rights to. Backgrounds you upload remain yours and you confirm you have the rights to them.
- Do not present a share picture as a verified track record, or use it to mislead other people about your results or to promote scams, signal selling or similar schemes.
6. Content you create
You own the data you enter and the pictures and videos you create. You give us no licence to them, because they stay on your device.
7. Third-party content
The economic calendar is supplied by a third party and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Verify important events with a primary source before relying on them. Names of firms, products and platforms belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with them.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we will try, but cannot promise, to give notice of major changes. We may update these terms and the new version applies from the date shown above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
9. Paid plans
The Service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, their price, billing period, refund rules and your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law will be shown clearly before you buy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost or corrupted data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are brought before the competent Danish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you live.
